Telegram servers do not save information about deleted chats and call history

Furthermore, the instant messages app claims that the media or conversations will not take up extra space despite moving the chat. Older apps save all data on the device. However, Telegram says that it can take up virtually no space while allowing them to access all their old messages, photos and videos.

Moreover, its users can also delete messages they send and receive. Furthermore, he can also delete secret chats, groups they created and call history.

The company also claims that its servers do not save information about deleted chats and call history. However, users can decide to bring in WhatsApp chat accounts with or without their pictures.

WhatsApp recently met a criticism due to their new privacy policy. Other privacy-centric messaging applications like Telegram and Signal took centre stage in January. Telegram claims that it has added more than 100 million users in January. The new chat transfer feature enables users to shift to the new messaging application easily.
