Devexperts Enhances DXtrade with AI-Chatbot Devexa

Devexperts has announced a new enhancement to its technology offerings for brokers. It has integrated its FX and CFD trading platform, DXtrade, with its AI-powered chatbot for support and sales desks, Devexa. 

The integration enables brokers to utilize the chat widget in the web trading terminal to provide instant assistance to traders. In addition, it allows them to target traders with personalized marketing offers while streamlining their customer service experience. 

They achieved this by preloading the chatbot with frequently asked questions (FAQs), allowing video calls and co-browsing without leaving the trading environment. They also provide push message delivery for marketing purposes or compliance regulations. 

Furthermore, it can carry out the KYC process for brokers’ clients. The bundling of these products provides many benefits to traders, such as having access to additional support information, issuing quick commands such as closing positions, or viewing recent market news. 

In addition, Devexperts already added spot crypto trading and spread betting functionalities last year, along with solutions from Your Bourse. They have also launched a new version of their chatbot with voice support capabilities, allowing traders to access it via smart speakers for real-time data execution. 

The bot has been integrated into other third-party trading platforms, such as MetaTrader and cTrader, as well as Salesforce, to automate FX brokers’ customer support. 

The native integration between DXtrade and Devexa provides an excellent user experience when sharing a screen while avoiding UI issues found in other live chat solutions on web platforms. As Jon Light of OTC Platform at Devexperts states: “That’s why our combo has no true market peers.”
