Trade.com’s Management Buyout Kickstarts Restructuring Plan

Trade.com, a multinational brokerage, is currently under a management buyout as part of a broader rearrangement strategy led by CEO Roei Gavish. Trade.com’s Strategy for International Growth

Trade.com is regulated by the UK’s FCA and Cyprus’ CySEC. Additionally, it has licenses and branches in Dubai, Mauritius, and South Africa. In the last quarter of 2022, it broke into the American market authorized by FINRA. Trade Capital Holding Ltd, the parent company of Trade.com, was established in 2014 and operates via multiple subsidiaries in different territories to conform to regulatory norms. In the US, it functions as Trade Capital Markets North America LLC.

Trade.com secured its Middle East license in September 2023, which coincided with the launch of its Dubai office, regulated by the local government. Trade.com aims to establish international licenses by 2025, joining the elite band of truly global fintech operators. Roei Gavish, Group CEO of Trade Capital Holding, previously shared, “We aim to be a global brand with a local presence.”
