XTrend Sponsors Argentina’s Football Team

XTrend, a Contracts for Difference (CFDs) broker licensed in Cyprus, sets its sights on the Southeast Asian market. On Tuesday, the digital trading service revealed that it inked a deal as the Regional Patron of the Argentine national football squad in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore. This agreement also applies to two additional areas in East Asia, namely, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Argentina’s Squad Gains XTrend’s Support

The Argentine team, victorious in the 2022 FIFA World Cup contested by 32 national teams in five Qatari cities from November 20 to December 18, 2022, is optimistic about this collaboration. The Argentine Football Association (AFA) feels this association will bring Argentine superstars like Lionel Messi, Angel Di Maria, Julián Alvarez, and Emi Martinez closer to their fans.

XTrend and the AFA, in a unified announcement, detailed plans to collaborate on business and promotional activities aimed to “amplify the resonance and influence of their brands in the Southern Asian market.” XTrend’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Rezaie, expressed that the alliance will allow the firm to present its technology and innovation to a broader audience of football enthusiasts in the region.

Rezaie added, “Our vision aligns with the AFA’s. We aspire to make XTrend a standout name in global financial services. We’re constantly refining our trading platform to assist traders in elevating their professional trading skills.”

Previously, T1Markets and TradeATF, regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), had previously entered digital sports sponsorship deals with the AFA.

XTrend Increases Its Sports Association

Nearly a year ago, XTrend commenced a collaboration with ACF Fiorentina. This Italian Serie A football club helped increase the worldwide brand recognition of its trading platforms XTrend and XTrend Speed through marketing opportunities such as logo visibility on LED walls during games and interview backgrounds.

In another development, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, Binance, signed a five-year sponsorship agreement with the AFA last year. It marked the first occasion the crypto exchange giant has sponsored a national team.
