Anyone Can Program with The Help of AI

“Artificial intelligence implies that anyone can now be a computer programmer because all they need to do is communicate with a computer,” Nvidia CEO Jen-Hsun Huang declared today, hailing the end of the “digital divide.”

Nvidia has evolved into the world’s most advantageous semiconductor company, becoming a significant supplier of artificial intelligence (AI) chips and computing systems.

Last week, the company projected second-quarter earnings to be more than 50 per cent above original Wall Street estimates. It stated that it is accelerating supply to meet the growing demand for its artificial intelligence chips. These chips are used to power ChatGPT and many similar services.

Speaking to thousands at the Computex forum in Taipei, Huang, born in southern Taiwan, addressed the audience. Before his family immigrated to the United States during his childhood, he said that artificial intelligence was leading the computing revolution, according to Reuters.

Huang commented, “In each computing era, we could do unimaginable things, and artificial intelligence certainly qualifies as a big leap forward. The programming barrier is extremely low. The digital divide is closed. Now, everyone is a programmer – you just need to tell the computer something, and it will do it.”

“The rate of progress, due to AI being so easy to use, is why it’s growing so fast. This will connect virtually every single industry.”

New Possibilities With AI

Huang elaborated on AI’s capabilities, such as programming a short pop song to praise Nvidia. This requires just a few words of instruction. He presented several new applications. This includes a partnership with WPP, the world’s largest advertising group, for AI-generated content in digital advertising.

Nvidia is striving to meet the growing global demand for its AI chips. Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who is reportedly building the first artificial intelligence startup, stated last week, “It’s much harder to get the right amount of graphics processing chips than drugs.”
