Intel Stock Forecast Suffered Even During New Chip Rollout

Intel’s business has been suffering recently as a result of negative sentiment surrounding the company. The Intel stock slipped down by 2% on Tuesday by the end of the day. So, the Intel stock forecast is looking poor. The price of the stock now stands at around $36.19. This came during a time when Intel had made some new announcements. It has presented brand new chips it had manufactured only recently at an innovation show. It seems that, despite the exciting new products, investors had major concerns about the company. All these new innovations made no difference at all for Intel investor relations.

Intel had prepared well for this innovation show. They wanted to show how they managed to improve in both performance and efficiency. Their new Xeon processors were a key part of this. They also have their Core Ultra processors released at some point soon. Their focus would be on AI exclusively, making it possible to operate AI incredibly efficiently with them. One of their most important new products was an E-core processor. The chip has an incredible 288 cores working for it. Additionally, Supermicro Computer would apparently offer access to these Xeon processors through its x13 server line. This could have had great implications for Intel PC performance.

Other Intel PC Products

There were also a few new products that Intel did not even intend to show at the event. There were rumours about new products like the Intel Core i5-14600K. The leaks gave a sneak preview of what the processor had to offer with its impressive specifications. It offered 20 threads and 14 cores, which helped boost the performance significantly.

Experts analysing the situation have not changed their evaluation. They have focused only on the performance of the stock and the future Intel stock forecast. When comparing the major analysts, most seem to indicate a Hold, with small numbers recommending a Buy or Sell.
